Fitness First New You Awards
Last month I was fortunate enough to attend, for the first time, the Fitness First New You Awards. These awards are now held Internationally, and the local stories of members who have transformed their lives were amazing. I was taken on a roller coaster ride of emotion – read my blog for more on my experience.

This event was not about Fitness First, it was about what exercise has done in people’s lives.
In your clubs or within your business you will have similar stories of the positive impact exercise has on your people. I challenge you to share these stories. It may just get one more person exercising with you!

Last month, I was interviewed by Patricia Glynn from IHRSA for their magazine CBI. This is an international fitness business magazine and the first time I had been interviewed.

Fitness Australia Award Winners
Congratulations to all the State and the National winners. As I was a judge for the national awards, I can tell you all the State winners were exceptional. The businesses were very strong competitors and very deserved winners.
As a foot note – there was only ONE fitness industry consultancy and coaching program that had the most state winners: REX Round Tables.
