 Interview Questions # 2
The challenge for many employers is to gather accurate information from potential employees. They are all so good at interviews these days that you need to be on your toes. Here are some questions to see what their work ethic is like:
- What is a “work ethic”? How would you describe your work ethic?
- How would your past employer describe your work ethic?
- Tell me about someone you know who has a strong work ethic & why.
- How many hours do you think a person should devote to their job?
- How long should you keep a job?
- If you were unhappy with a job, what would you do?
- If you were looking at your work history, what would you think?
- Describe a task you were not happy about doing and how you completed it.
- What do you consider a hard day’s work?
- Give me an example of a time when you had to go “above and beyond” to get a job done.

Book Review: Brain Tattoos by Karen Post!
 This book was recommended to me by well respected peer. This friend of mine reads LOTS,
so when he recommends a book I am never quite sure how to take it. This book is a GOLD NUGGET!
The book will help you develop a strong brand for you and you business. There are number of checklists that will allow you to see where you are currently – this is scary as you confront reality! But Post does not leave you out to dry and slit your wrists, she rescues you!
Post provides a series of steps to follow that will help you develop or re-develop your brand. She will help you refine your brand, so that it has impact! And impact will gain you business.
The strength of this book is the ‘hands-on’ approach. While she shares theory, it is a practical approach that I guarantee will add to your profit.

Elite Personal Training Course
Active Management has a unique personal training course that we have dubbed the ‘Finishing School for Personal trainers!’ The focus of the course is providing a consistent personal training product that focuses on high intensity strength and cardio vascular training. It is a combination of practical training, where participants learn about training their clients to an Elite Point, and also theory where they learn how to sell personal training, pricing of personal training and what the ideal client mix is for them.
