The way Hotmail spread like a virus throughout the world was through the simplicity to enrol in the service. But how did people know how to do this? The signature at the bottom of the email!
Your email signature can be a little billboard that draws attention to different aspects of your business. If you send out a lot of emaisl every day, these signature messages can get noticed by lots of people. So make sure that the signature has impact and or a link to make it easy to do whatever you're promoting: gaining referrals, booking for a session.
If you have several departments, let's say there are four departments in your organisation called Front Desk, Sales, PT and Massage. Each Department can have it’s own signature to promote the activity, event or campaign.
Schedule each department's personnel to use one of the campaign's signatures starting every Monday for a full week. The next week, each department uses a different signature.

5 Secrets Copywriting Professionals Use to Create headlines!
Last month from Jay Conrad Levinson, The father of Guerilla Marketing, I received these simple tips for your flyers, newspaper ads and all your marketing! As we know the headline attracts the initial attention, these tips are critical:
1. The How-to.
"How to" in the title immediately alerts your reader that you plan to give them something they can put to use today in a format they can follow. Using numbers is one way to let your audience know that what follows will be easy to digest. For example: "How to Get on Sunrise in 10 Easy Steps."
2. The Command.
Commands assure you that there is a way to get what you want from the advice that follows. They touch the "I want that!" place inside you. For example: "Become an Internet Millionaire!"
3. The Shocking Statement.
Bring up the unlikely, the counterintuitive. Provocative statements get our attention like an electrical shock. They make you sit up and say, "Really?" For example: "Wives Who Don't Want Sex."
4. The Question.
People often unconsciously answer the question you pose in their minds, so then they read on. For example: "Do you really know your mate?"
5. The "New" News Item.
The latest news flash needs to introduce something truly new in order to be valid. If you say you're first, it needs to be true. "New news" promises excitement, informs, or states something helpful that will benefit a lot of people. Words like "only, new, introducing, powerful, and first," are a few words that insist on attention. For example: "Find out about the only drug that cures unhappiness."

Unfortunately, we did not secure enough interest from clubs to run this promotion. We have spoken with Boost and will plan to repeat the promotion in August 2007! Yes, some time away but they get booked up very quickly. We will keep you posted.
