All transactions are in Australian Dollars, with use of Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard). Credit Card numbers are not stored on our servers and encrypted and handled by the ANZ eGateway.
Return & Refund Policy
All returns have to be authorized by Active Management. Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting us and geting a Return Authorization please call: 61 2 8007 0347 or contact us here
Returned items can be exchanged for anything from our shopping cart within 30 days of the day of original purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping order back to our warehouse.
Returned merchandise must not be used, or worn in anyway. We do not offer returns or refunds on items that are direct downloads from our website, this include Email blasts, E-Books and other E-items that are downloaded from the site or sent to you via electronic form after payment.
CANCELLATIONS Orders cancelled before shipping out are subject to a fee of 10 dollars (Australian funds) per item.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS All authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and all customs/brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to warehouse will be withheld from refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS All unauthorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge and all customs/brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to warehouse will be withheld from refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Merchandise considered defective must be authorized by Active Managment (customer service). All defective returns must be prepaid in order to be accepted by Active Managment in its sole discretion, will determine whether the returned defective products are in fact defective. Active Managment is not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective, Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs back to them.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY All merchandise contained in our shopping cart is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks related to the use of the merchandise.
REFUNDS Refunds will only be applicable on items that are returnable and deemed so by Active Management.

Any items that are provided via direct download through our shopping cart will be emailed to you and you will be given the link at final checkout.
