Customer Satisfaction Is Worthless, Customer Loyalty Is Priceless: How to Make Customers Love You, Keep Them Coming Back and Tell Everyone They Know

Jeffrey Gitomer

WOW! This is an in your face book on what you need to do improve customer service in your business. It is easy to read with big writing and clear points to improve. His writing style is very in your face but he really nails down what you need to do! For example from page 41:

“Let’s define your customer . . . overbearing, demanding, cheap, past due, back stabbing, wolf crying, disloyal and lying but one more thing . . .PAY CHEQUE. The president, CEO, or owner of your company doe not pay you. He or she is just a conduit for funds. The customer pays you! It’s not your boss you need to be afraid to make angry – its your customer!”

There are some some self-evaluation checklists, stories of great service, stories of poor service and lots of ideas to knock the socks off your members, clients and customers! I would suggest you read it or even delegate the responsibility of developing loyal customers to your service or front desk manager and have them read the book! To get your copy click here.

“I went down to Adelaide thinking that i would not get much out of the fitness business course, but instead i have come away from the course thinking that i could almost own my own business. The course was absolutely fanatastic and i have come away with a lot of confidence to be able to do my job and do it well. You made each and everyone of us feel like professionals in our fields. Thank you, you are a true inspiration.”
