Your Solution to #Grow Your PT Business is ILR

As a personal training business owner, whether you have staff or not, it can be lonely.  You generally have your head in the business daily, which challenges your ability to #grow your business.  And sometimes you just want someone who understands your challenges to give you some help, advice or listen to your ideas.

Your answer is coming to Victoria this February for the Victorian Personal Trainers Industry Leaders Roundtable. I wanted to share the news and opportunity to join with you as there is nothing like the Industry Leaders Roundtable program in Australia.

The Victorian Personal Trainers Industry Leaders Roundtable will meet every 2 months from 8am to 4pm to share business successes and learn from Australia’s number 1 fitness industry thought leader me.

I have been running ILR meetings since 2005 – a total of 78 meetings – so you are guaranteed a professional facilitated meeting with loads of education and information to #grow your business.  You’ll receive quality information from within the industry and outside the industry and opportunities to connect with the NSW Personal Trainers Industry Leaders Roundtable and the National Personal Trainers Roundtable.

The key for a successful ILR is openness and honesty.  So no competitors will be allowed to join the Victorian Personal Trainers Industry Leaders Roundtable.  We already have 6 PT business owners who have committed, so there is an opportunity for just 6 more.  You see, so everyone gets ample opportunity to contribute, there is a maximum of 12 members on each Roundtable.

Let me explain to you what ILR is all about – except the Victorian Personal Trainers Industry Leaders Roundtable will meet 6 times a year for one day.

The key for you to benefit from the ILR is you.  Will you be:

  • Open to improving your business?
  • Open to new ideas that will make you feel uncomfortable?
  • Happy to listen?
  • Give as much as you take – that is help the other ILR with your experience and thoughts?
  • Prepared to be mentally and physically present at every meeting;
  • Share KPI’s from your business, including the % of profit you make?
  • Committed to catching up via whatever method with your ILR between meetings? and
  • Keen to innovate and think deeply about your business?

If you said ‘yes’ to ALL these questions, then you are a good fit for the ILR and you can:

The first meeting is February 19th, so to be at the meeting you’ll need to move fast.

#2015 is the year of growth for your business and your ILR will help you achieve that.
