In 1988, I started a personal training business. In ‘92, I became a gym sales person and then a sales manager. In ‘93, I was a health club manager. In ‘94, I opened my first gym. In 2003, I opened my second gym. And in 2008 the gyms were sold. Active Management was launched in 2005, making us now one of the 3 longest operating fitness industry business coaching services in Australia and in the top 10 longest operating businesses in the world.
At Active Management we think & do different.
Justin is the Managing Director of Active Management, which he began January 2004. He offers coaching to businesses worldwide in everything from start up and design to marketing and sales systems. Justin also facilitates four Australian and New Zealand ‘fitness industry roundtables’ events, which allows him to see a huge cross section of business models.
