A common theme was how much data we have on our prospects and members now but we just are not using this information to shape business decisions.

One example was who are our highest yielding customers? Most software packages could tell us this if we knew how and where to find it.

Once we know this information what do we then do with it?

Generally nothing more than saying “Nice to know!” But once we can describe the member demographically we can then target that type of prospect with our online marketing!
