Paul Bowman from Wexer talked of McFit in Germany who are possibly using virtual and the streaming product better than most.
Consumers can subscribe to a product that allows them to stream workouts to their homes. As they build their confidence, they them become a member. Still not overtly confident they jump into a virtual class inside the gym then an instructor based class. Eventually, when they have the confidence they can upgrade their membership into a McFit boutique facility.
What a great journey from prospect to savvy gym member all under the McFit brand.
