Bondi Vixen is currently looking for a Star Client Relations Manager for our Boutique Women Only Fitness Studio in the heart of Bondi. This is a part-time/contractor position that will begin with 15~20 hours per week, with the potential to grow with the business.

You’ll be our “go-to” person, a friendly face for our members, and the first point of contact for women looking to make lasting change to their health and fitness goals.

Our Boutique Fitness Studio is a heritage-listed church that’s been converted into a sanctuary of transformation for women.

Our offering includes group fitness strength/interval training, personal training, nutritional support, and massage facilities.

Bondi Vixen is a fast-paced environment and to be successful in this position we are looking for someone who can keep up, contribute to evolving the business, and have a can-do attitude!

The position reports directly to the CEO, Vix Erber.

The successful candidate will have a strong and proven track record in Sales and Customer Service Management with experience in the Fitness Industry, preferably with the Mindbody software.

As the successful candidate, you’ll have strong verbal & written communication skills, a passion for the promotion of health and fitness in the local Bondi community and strong organisational skills.

You will enjoy the sales dominant aspect of the management role, be a fantastic communicator, and love talking to women about all things health & fitness. But also be prepared to get the grunt work done to keep the business ticking over smoothly.
