Meet Pinnacle Health Club:

We are a boutique full service Health Club that specializes in Assisted Training and Wellness across our current six locations – Oakleigh East, Scoresby, Caribbean Business Park, Upwey, Parkdale & Mulgrave.  We believe that our Members are super savvy when it comes to a normal gym offering and they often come to us looking for further guidance, fun and education on how best to achieve results. It’s not all science for us though, we are firm preachers that exercise MUST BE FUN, so creating a dynamic, inclusive and pumping environment means that our Members actually want to train with us!

Your Opportunity:

Pinnacle Health Club has grown aggressively in the past 12 months, and has continued plans for expansion. We’re on the search for a new Club Manager for our Parkdale location. This club has been apart of the Pinnacle company and brand for just over 12 months and has gone from strength to strength.

Your Role Responsibilities Include:

  • Retention & Sales Management – achieve monthly targets leading the sales management on a day to day basis, as well as strategizing and executing a local area marketing plan including our Champion Partners.
  • Profit & Loss – wage expense and direct debit revenue control, retail stock control and increasing secondary spend
  • Leadership – accountability for self and team including training & development, roster management
  • Club Operations and Culture – ensuring our club culture is excellent including managing member grievances and 360 feedback, member and staff etiquette, upholding the professionalism and relationships expected in the business park.
  • Fitness Department – Communicate and promote fitness products and services throughout the club to both staff and members including both wellness and locker room
  • OH&S/WH&S relevant duties

Who You Are:

You’re a dynamic and personable leader with a passion for fitness. Personal training qualified is advantageous but not a requirement for the successful applicant. You have been previously successful at exceeding customer expectations in service, a track record of meeting sales targets and have managed at least one direct report. You are organised and eager to develop your skillset within the company. You’re fun, self motivated and always looking for opportunities to thrive, not just survive.
