Position Vacant for a Exercise Physiologist/Personal Trainer at New Image Personal Conditioning in Norwest NSW

To support our future growth plans, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Trainer or Exercise Physiologist to join our busy team and positively impact our future business plans.

Located conveniently in Norwest Business Park, this role is responsible for providing Exercise Physiology and Personal Training/Strength and Conditioning services to individuals, as well as leadership of staff within the overall business. Specifically this role will be accountable for:

  • Providing exercise physiology/personal training services and support to individuals in order to enhance general well being, physical performance and rehabilitation.
  • Development of tailored programs in collaboration with New Image staff and external stakeholders
  • Providing leadership in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assisting in fostering a collaborative culture of quality service delivery and support amongst New Image staff.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the provision and application of personal conditioning services and a specialty in women’s health. You will have proven experience in using a holistic approach to planning and monitoring performance/progress to achieve performance progression. A demonstrated ability to analyse data, interpret results and produce effective training programs and experience in the effective dissemination and communication of data/results to clients.

You must have strong verbal and written communication abilities, excellent organisational and presentation skills and thrive in a team environment. You must be able to manage your time effectively and have a desire to perform above and beyond expectations to surpass clients’ expectations. Active participation in a thorough and holistic fitness and exercise regime is essential, as is a passion for health and wellbeing and providing excellence in client service.

This role would suit a recent graduate looking for a start with a professional, close-knit personal conditioning business or an experienced exercise professional returning to the industry or looking for a change.
