We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist (0.8 or fulltime) to:

  • provide sparkling customer service to members
  • maintain up to date member & financial records
  • deliver consistent and accurate reporting to the leadership team
  • participate in networking, promotion & member events
  • support the engagement of new members
  • work collaboratively with the team to maintain our centre standards
  • maintain and manage our booking system
  • social media content management would be highly regarded

Experience in an allied health, medical, exercise, fitness or wellness setting is highly desirable. This is a fast-paced role and requires a high attention to detail, with a strong focus on team work.


Our centre hours vary across the week and include some evenings and Saturday mornings.

Please note if successful, you will be required to complete 10-15 hours of paid online training (flexible) plus a week of onsite training prior to commencement.
