The role of studio manager means that you are accountable for the day-to-day operations of the studio, maintaining the overall experience for clients, as well as supervising the team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The Studio Manager ensures all the pieces are accounted for, whilst working in partnership with franchisors and the corporate team, to ensure consistency and targets are met.
The Studio Manager is also the primary driver of the local community and supporting membership growth. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, thrive in a team environment, and have a passion for fitness.
