How to become a Trainee Impact Training Consultant, Trainer & Presenter
To be considered, you must:
- Have been previously Impact Trained (NOT be currently employed with an Impact Training client)
- Be a successful Sales Professional who smashed targets & has proven Management, Leadership & Sales Management experience
- Be a proactive, target driven prospector who loves closing sales & exceeding targets
- Have a ‘CAN DO ATTITUDE’ and prepared to do what ever it takes to learn, wants to continually grow & put skills into action that will make a difference to peoples businesses & lives
- Be a highly motivated, charismatic & enthusiastic person who loves helping & teaching people
- Enjoys networking, marketing & is driven to achieve personal & company budgets & targets
- Have exceptional communication skills & wants to improve them by being teachable!
- Have a desire to learn Impact Trainings cutting edge & unique ‘Inspirational Selling’ skills & ‘The Impact Training Lifestyle Selling System’ to teach them to help people & businesses grow
- Be immaculate in your grooming & personal presentation
- Be computer literate, can use PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media, Zoom, CRM’s
- Have a current drivers license, passport, car & be able to travel
- Loves people & enjoys making a positive difference by being part of a growing dynamic world class professional team
