Life and Soul is a family owned business bringing 24/7 fitness to the Northwest Pilbara and Kimberley, We have clubs in Karratha, Port Hedland, Broome and Derby with three F45 studios in Karratha, Port hedland and soon to be Broome.
About the Role
Take our Sales and Promotions in Karratha and Port Hedland to the next level!
As Sales and Promotions Area Manager you will be responsible for driving and delivering our marketing strategy in both Karratha and Port Hedland.
Based in Karratha you will oversea all Business to Business networking, direct member sales and implementation of monthly promotions.

Your Key Responsibilities will include
- Lead by example and take ownership of growth and the clubs success
- Achieve KPI’s and Sales Targets
- Implementation of Marketing planner
- Proactively seek and generate new sales leads and referrals
- Create a vibrant, fun & positive club culture
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Attend community business after hours meetings
- Monthly club visits to Port Hedland
- Build up our Local Business networking partners
Requirements
- Proven sales experience and ability
- Fitness industry experience desired but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets
- Ability to plan and follow a schedule when required
- Well presented and professional
- Friendly personality and likeable disposition
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and reception shifts
- Strong customer service skills
