You Must Apply For Every Business Award!
This month we have seen Fitness Australia open up their awards and IHRSA open up nominations for The Rising Star Awards and many business owners would say one of 3 things:
- “Let’s apply!”
- “That’s just too much work.”
- “We’ll never win, so why apply!”
The reality is:
When you apply for any awards you conduct a self-audit on the business.
The application process means you look at the business history and the business trajectory. It is not the award that benefits you, it is the process to apply.
I would encourage every business to apply for any business award they can as their business will grow by putting together the documentation. Besides you never know you might just win!
