When you read my industry career story, you’ll know I owned gyms and I found it lonely.  I had to make decisions by myself or with the help of an accountant or even my parents who didn’t understand the gym business.  When I discovered REX in the mid 90’s, the best business decision I ever made was joining.  I was able to seek counsel from others who were empathetic to my challenges.  I learned about trends when they were on the horizon rather than when they are engulfing you, which is too late!  I developed my leadership to help keep staff engaged in their role.  And I made lifelong friends who would do anything for me.
