Are Meetings Your Time Guzzlers?
A recent study indicated that on average when you are working and receive an interruption it can take up to 23 minutes to get back on task. Many of these interruptions are time guzzlers.
For every meeting you have in your business, have an agenda! And then stick to the agenda.
Meeting efficiencies are critical on so many levels:
- Shows your Team you are organised
- Shows you respect the time of your Team
- Indicates there is a purpose to every meeting
- Will create momentum with improved communication
Take some time to ensure your meetings are not time guzzlers but trim, taut and terrific that people want to be part of!
