STATUS: Full-time; Non-exempt
SCHEDULE: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays
SUMMARY: The Business Development Specialist has a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. This individual is a sales professional responsible for pursuing inside and outside member prospects and reaching sales quotas and promoting and upselling all programs and services. This person will also be responsible for representing the Four Seasons brand within the local community.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:
- Become an ambassador for Four Seasons Health Club promoting our brand in the community.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and net membership goals.
- Conduct a thorough needs analysis, present membership benefits that match the prospects needs/wants and invite prospects to become members of the club.
- Make phone calls to prospects and members about memberships, billing, promotions, etc.
- Manage lead generation process.
- Selling new memberships and ancillary programs/services.
- Scheduling and conducting health coaching sessions.
- Build relationships and meet the needs of prospective members through engagement such as identifying needs, club tours, pipeline management and relationship marketing strategies.
- Maintain proper use of CRM database, contracts and forms. Effectively track the lead source and missed sales to understand objections and establish a course of contact.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Starting salary $38,000
