Position Vacant For a Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Narrabeen
Anytime Fitness Narrabeen is looking for a driven, outgoing and goal orientated Club Manager with great sales skills, professionalism and an ability to provide superior customer service to members of our club.
About the Role:
As Full Time Club Manager, you will be responsible for continuing the ongoing success of our club with the ability to take our club to the next level. You will be mentored and guided in the Anytime Fitness processes and systems and take ownership of driving membership sales, overseeing gym operations and implementing a range of retention strategies to service members and increase the club’s profitability and performance. In addition, opportunities will be presented to up-skill and learn other areas of the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead by example and take ownership of the club’s success
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Promote the club brand and image within the local community.
- Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans
- Meet and greet potential and existing members and provide an excellent customer service experience
- Create a vibrant, fun & positive club culture
- Maintaining and promoting Anytime Fitness through social media platforms
- Manage a team of membership consultants and Personal Trainers
- Maintain cleanliness standards of the club
- Ensure Anytime Fitness processes and guidelines are followed at all times
Essential Criteria:
- Strong sales skills
- Fitness Industry experience with a passion for health and wellness
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Target driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets
- A hands-on and positive “can-do” attitude with the desire to continuously improve
- Ability to plan and prioritise in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn and follow new systems & processes
- Be well presented, professional and punctual
- A friendly personality and likeable disposition where talking to people comes naturally
- A desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
