A new opportunity is available for General Manager to take the lead across all aspects of the company by managing key projects and overseeing how departments work together to reach company goals.
Reporting to the Board the successful applicant will be shaping the work environment. With the strategy set, this role will be responsible for allocating resources, developing teams, building the organisation, and overseeing multiple key projects ensuring strategic goals are met.
Required Skills and Experience;
- General Management, COO or CEO experience in a similar industry
- Strong Project Management background
- Excellent business acumen
- Analytical & detail-oriented
- Big Picture Thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organisation skills, prioritising, multitasking and decisiveness
- Fitness Industry Experience and/or interests will be highly regarded
- An adept leader with a strong business mind and a knack for organisation and collaboration.
- Ability to build a positive and productive people-centric culture
- Excellent communication and execution of the company vision
- A keen eye and interest in current industry trends and modern business practices.
