Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for health and wellness? Anytime Fitness Doughty Group is looking for enthusiastic Membership Consultants (Casual) to join our dynamic team to support Members across Anytime Fitness East Brisbane and Anytime Fitness Stones Corner.

The Anytime Fitness Doughty Group comprises top-performing, National Award-Winning Anytime Fitness Clubs and Individuals in Brisbane. With exceptional customer service and state-of-the-art facilities, we are committed to promoting healthy lifestyles in the greater Brisbane area. Both our Clubs have recently undergone full refurbishments, creating a vibrant atmosphere for our members.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an outgoing, eager-to-learn, and people-focused individual to join our tight-knit team. Whether you’re a student in the health and wellness sector or possess strong customer service skills from a different background, we want you! Our team values a positive attitude and will provide the necessary support for your growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome potential and existing members.
- Manage a team of casual consultants and personal trainers.
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Organize in-club and community events.
- Generate new sales leads within the club and local community.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive club culture.
- Maintain club cleanliness standards.
- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.
AVAILABILITY:
- Monday – Thursday (2pm-7pm) and Saturday (9am-12pm).
- 20-23 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
- Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors.
- Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms.
- Interest in a healthy lifestyle.
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness.
ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATIONS:
- Current Working with Children BlueCard Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current CPR Certificate.
