Fernwood Hornsby is seeking a confident, outgoing, motivated and passionate personality to join us as a Membership Sales and Promotions Consultant.
- Starting Minimum 24hrs Casual. (T.B.D).
- Full-Time for the right person (after probationary period).
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts through out the week including mornings, evenings and every 2nd Saturday morning.
The role:
- Help plan monthly sales programs and targets.
- Drive the sales process on a daily basis.
- Outgoing and Incoming sales calls, effectively utilizing our CRM.
- Outreach lead generation, handing out flyers and collecting names.
- Seeking in-club referrals from members by way of competitions etc.
- Organizing & running promotions in-club & within Westfield.
- Establish local business relationships to cross promote.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- A sound Social Media knowledge would also be advantageous.
