About the role
Our Studio Manager role is focused on building the community, running the studio with the support of the franchisees. There is a strong focus on inclusiveness and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities; membership experience, sales acquisition, overall business operations.
- Building the community feel through a high value member experience.
- Setting and achieving sales and retention goals/targets though a exceptional member experience.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new members
- Business development with 3rd parties, Corporate, schools, clubs etc. to ensure that the studio has a strong presence within the local community.
Skills and experience required
- Experience and passion for working in sales, operations & customer service
- Strong “Can-Do” self motivated attitude (most important)
- First Aid Certificate and CPR. (not essential, but preferred)
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Essentially, we are looking for someone with the right attitude which is key in the fitness industry. (We can train up on the skills if needed)
