The Opportunity:

As a Sales Manager at our Fortitude Valley Club, you play a key role in achieving our membership growth goals. Your role will be to lead a team of Membership Consultants, driving them towards their targets through the generation of new leads via referrals and outreach. Your responsibility will be to inspire, engage, and motivate your team – giving them the developmental opportunities needed to be successful in their role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Train, mentor, motivate and develop your team of Membership Consultants

  • Proactively attract new memberships to your club

  • Generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports required by the State Operations manager

  • Maintain high levels of customer service to enhance members’ experience.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Management experience, ideally within the fitness industry

  • Sales leadership experience

  • Previous experience in a sales environment or in achieving challenging KPI’s

  • Confidence to proactively engage with Goodlife members and the wider community

  • The ability to inspire and motivate a team

  • An enthusiasm for health & fitness, and helping others.
