As a business coach when you visit a gym or boutique studio, you see them at their best. In 2016 I trained at 23 studios, 21 gyms, 11 hotel gyms, 2 cross fit boxes and 1 franchise gym. I went through a complete consumer experience. I got to see and feel what potential members go through, adding reality to my experience and increasing the educational value to our clients and members.

Justin is the Managing Director of Active Management, which he began January 2004. He offers coaching to businesses worldwide in everything from start up and design to marketing and sales systems. Justin also facilitates four Australian and New Zealand ‘fitness industry roundtables’ events, which allows him to see a huge cross section of business models.
