Les Mills Asia Pacific will be launching Les Mills Virtual in October 2015. The same programs our participants know and love are now available to play digitally in your facility, providing participants with a pre-choreographed group exercise fix at any time of the day or night.

A high quality, secure technology platform is needed to deliver Les Mills Virtual classes. We’ve teamed up with a number of technology partners around the world and can assist in selecting the right one for your club.
Studio
A darkened room, a big screen (projector or LED) and a pumping sound system – getting the studio set up right and you’ll create a motivational space that keeps members coming back for more. We can help make it happen.
WHAT ABOUT SAFETY?

Les Mills Virtual class are based on Masterclass content, and features additional safety guidelines at the start of the workout. You can be confident that participants receive proper instruction on safety and technique. - Technique classes
Facilities offering Les Mills Virtual will also be provided with a suite of materials that will encourage Les Mills Virtual participants to perfect their technique by mastering the program specific moves. - Supervision
Facilities delivering Les Mills Virtual are responsible for doing so in a safe environment and are encouraged and supported to provide safety and supervision just as they would to any other gym goers working out on their own terms.
