Your previous sales and marketing experience will translate into identifying and developing sales strategies to increase memberships via lead generation, brand promotion, social media networks, and outreach activities.
What We Are Looking For:
We expect to receive applications with a minimum of one year experience in leading sales teams and who have exceeded sales targets and established a strong level of customer or member satisfaction.
The primary role of the Membership and Sales Consultant is to gain members to meet sales goals.
The primary objective of the Membership & Sales Consultant is to achieve the goals and targets as set by the YHAF team, specifically around membership growth.
Key duties will include the following:
- Achieving club membership sales targets
- Achieving club membership revenue targets
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage all financial aspects of the business
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Strong communication and management skills
- Have an energetic, positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to organize and run sales meetings
