  The theory is . . . it takes more effort to give a heart than a thumbs up Marisa & Kate, so your engagement rating is higher. We became more aware of this change 30 days ago, which is what I now say “give me a love heart’ in the shows now not a thumbs up. Make sense?

  Yes indeed, we have implemented many over the years and we work and heavily focus on 10 -15 sources that bring in the leads. Mostly quality over quantity. Referrals are just that bonus that comes through when you convert members from lead gen.
